The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that some of the items I would like to purchase (pillion foot rest) were not available. But everything else was spot on. Amazing contact and genuine willingness to solve any issues. I did order few items and one of them was not available at the time so after my request, Triumph did send me what they had available at the time and later on they did send the rest of that purchase (with no extra cost).
