Packaging was very bad, I was expecting it to be a lot better for the price that I paid. After i put all my details and delivery address i paid the amount of $2033 aud that came up on the website but after a day of purchase they asked me to pay another $208 aud extra for the delivery again!! Package delivered to my country and at the port they asked me to pay $400 aud for Customs Clearance charges to release my item which I wasn’t aware of that and it wasn’t mentioned in the website that I have to pay again. Not happy with all the extras that I had to pay.

Fast filling of order. Well packaged for protection (of soft exhaust gaskets especially). However, overly large box was used to contained the small items that led to a significantly hefty volumetric freight charge (£176) levied by my freight forwarder :( Instead of a huge box stuffed with paper materials, styrofoam or smaller papers boxes within a slightly larger box would have sufficiently protected the items.

Genuine part as advertised which arrived undamaged and with minimal delay. Excellent experience throughout.
