Ordered new side stand and associated parts. The following day update email. Unfortunately one part was on back order (no fault of this company) and was promptly emailed. I decided to amend the order (easy to do) and before I knew it the parts arrived. Well packed and I'm a very happy chap. The communication with updates from this company is brilliant. Not saying I'd use them again but their website is now saved as a favourite. Definitely recommend them

Quick service and customer service but the postage was way too high. £9.90 for an item that cost £20 is too much when that could have been sent for £2.40 with another provider.

Good experience and no hassle ordering parts and good shipping times from UK to Australia. For my 2020 Street Triple 765.

Great service at the right price. Good to know I can get the Triumph parts anytime I need them.

My only gripe was the parts cost something like £3 and the postage was £10. A more cost effective method would have been to post rather than courier a ball bearing and a circlip!

While I understand that email would be the preferred method of communication, I would like to feedback that I would have preferred to be advised about the expected reply time. The gap of 2-3 days is a little long.

Swift delivery and good communication

Excellent service and delivery time, older Triumph parts seem to be extremely difficult to find but these guys were brilliant, would recommend.

The parcel has not been delivered. As per the information from Parcel2Go it got stuck in the UK at Taunton CSP. As the parcel is managed by Royal Mail, they do not provide any assistance or guidance on how to proceed, and I'm not able to resolve the issue in the sender's country. All my emails to the bike-parts-triumph support team haven't helped at all so far.

Correct parts sent quick delivery great service

The available parts list was excellent and the price for parts was reasonable, but the postage charge was excessive for an item that fitted through the letterbox.
