In the past I have used Bike-Parts-Triumph for their online parts catalogue but have never actually ordered from them because their shipping information seemed to suggest to me anyway, that parts would be sent from the USA. An email put me straight and I placed my order which only took about 3 days. Only minor thing to mention is that my order for sundry bolts, washers and springs which would have comfortably fitted into a small “jiffy bag” actually arrived in a massive cardboard box which probably once housed an exhaust silencer. Not really a problem as it was all recyclable. I will definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic source of Genuine Triumph parts with access to micro fiche to confirm the parts you need; additionally, customer contact is very helpful- I have changed some parts on my Bike and had had to ask for advice on what parts I needed- got exactly the parts I need and this is my new go to place for parts.

Excellent service. Placed my order then realised, the following day, that I required some additional parts. Contacted bike-parts and asked if they could add the extras to my original order and the answer was yes. Received everything I needed within 2 days and only 1 p&p charge.
