Fantastic source of Genuine Triumph parts with access to micro fiche to confirm the parts you need; additionally, customer contact is very helpful- I have changed some parts on my Bike and had had to ask for advice on what parts I needed- got exactly the parts I need and this is my new go to place for parts.

Excellent service. Placed my order then realised, the following day, that I required some additional parts. Contacted bike-parts and asked if they could add the extras to my original order and the answer was yes. Received everything I needed within 2 days and only 1 p&p charge. Have sourced parts from here before and will do again.

The parts came quickly, even though one part was on back order from Triumph. Staff were great to deal with, thanks for your help getting my Tiger back to pristine condition.

The item was not available from stock and had to be ordered in, while this was then dispatched fairly quickly it was not notified until after order placement. The delivery charge was reasonable in this case, however charging a blanket minimum, even for a few small items seems unfair.
