You would have got 5 stars had I received my order. My order was delivered to another part of the country which was clearly not your fault. The way you dealt with the incompetence of the delivery company was excellent and your refund procedures were also excellent. Communication was ok. 
Parts were easy to identify the price was reasonable and the delivery was on time
my first time order was a 5 star rating,genuine triumph parts,quickly despatched,very happy customer.
Service and product was very good but had to collect from a Post Office which was a nuisance
